  3. Can I cancel/change my subscription at any time? Yes, you can cancel or adjust your subscription at any time. If your church’s needs change, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. Contact your account manager in your dashboard or send us an email.
  4. How do I submit a work order? Submitting a work order is simple. Log in to your account, fill out a request form with the details of your project, and submit it. Our team will review the request, start work, and keep you updated throughout the process.
  5. Can I request revisions to a project? Absolutely. After submitting your project for approval, you’ll have the opportunity to request revisions. We’re committed to delivering work that meets your expectations and serves your mission.
  6. How quickly will my work orders be completed? Timelines depend on the complexity of the request, but we aim for rapid turnaround times. Most small tasks are completed in as little as 24 hours, while larger tasks like websites and video production require longer timelines. If you have a specific deadline, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to meet it.
  7. What are credits, and how are they used? Each month, you’re allocated a set number of credits to use toward projects. Every work order has a credit value based on its complexity, and credits are deducted from your balance once the project is approved. These credits refresh every month, but they do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
